I was having some big feelings about mother's Day this year. The joys and hardships of being a mother, the pressure we place on ourselves and others to enjoy this day or to feel appreciated. Then feeling guilty that we're taking it for granted since there are so many who wish they could be mother's or see their mother again.
That day I admitted a small thing that I had been holding onto since last mother's day. Letting it go finally brought me a calm I didn't realise I needed.
"BLUE LIGHT" was born from this feeling of overwhelm to calm.
